1. Refunds

  • All digital services/products purchased from Timeforgee are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Returns

  • Physical products (if applicable) must be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If a product is received damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@timeforgee.com with photos and order details.

  • We will either replace the product or issue a full refund for defective items.
